Dreamworld is taking visitors on a brand-new adventure without ever leaving the ground, with the launch of Discover Africa — an awe-inspiring flying theatre experience now showing at the park’s Sky Voyager attraction.

Running daily from April 5 to April 27, 2025, this limited-time offering invites guests to soar over sweeping savannahs, glide past elephants and giraffes, and explore the diverse beauty of the African continent.

Dreamworld’s cutting-edge flying theatre — Sky Voyager —  is the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

The journey begins in the Sky Voyager’s immersive departure lounge, where guests are transported into the spirit of adventure before boarding their five-and-a-half-minute flight. Once seated, motion-programmed chairs, state-of-the-art visuals, and multi-sensory effects simulate the thrilling sensation of flying. From wind in your hair to realistic ambient sounds, vibrant lighting, and even authentic scents, every moment is designed to make you feel like you're soaring across Africa’s vast and wild landscapes.

Discover Africa plays daily from park open until 2pm, after which Sky Voyager resumes its regular feature, Australian Landscapes, showcasing 12 breathtaking regions across Australia.

The experience is included with general park admission, making it a must-do attraction for families and thrill-seekers alike this April.
